As the Founder & CEO of Resource Seekerz, I bring over 15 years of IT  experience, with the last few years dedicated to the recruitment industry. Graduated from Anna University with an Engineering degree.


With a strong vision to address the gaps overlooked by traditional services, I embarked on this entrepreneurial journey with a deep desire to make a difference.


My passion lies in helping businesses onboard top talent and align their values with the values of the organizations.

I am Supraja, the Director and Chief Operating Officer at Resource Seekers. With a passion for excellence and a drive to make a difference, I bring my extensive experience and expertise to our company.

With a background in Engineering and an MBA in HR, I have spent years navigating the recruitment landscape. From working in consultancies to owning a franchise, I have honed my skills and developed a strategic mindset.
